File update to fix media edit glitch

Bug in 4.02 caused information to be lost when editing media items. Been living with it for nearly 2 years. Fixed by updating functions.php, which had been repaired soon after I upgraded to 4.02 way back when.

Brought this phpGedView up to the latest version, 4.02, with just a few hitches. Preferred theme ‎(Xenea)‎ seems a little bit broken. Will test a bit.
